Finding Life Balance

The decision to begin psychotherapy can be the start of an exciting journey, creating healthy skills and resolving emotional conflict. Finding life balance, healing from past trauma, developing healthy boundaries and behaviors, are all things you can look forward to through insight-oriented psychotherapy.

Creating Well-Being

Through my experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I have developed my skills blending cognitive behavioral therapy with psychodynamic therapy to create a healthy, healing environment. My goal for therapy is to create a trusting relationship between the client and clinician, allowing for open dialogue, communication, and change. I feel this approach can effectively address the treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, body image disorder, depression, anxiety, and weight management and create well-being.

Finding Trust in Yourself

Exploring the option of psychotherapy can be an opportunity for you to challenge your own boundaries, find trust in yourself, and accept support and help from others. It is about reflection, finding understanding, and developing new insight and skills. Good luck in your journey.
